A Roya correspondent reported that a person was injured with bruises and contusions after a crane fell from a cargo ship, which was docked at the southern port of Aqaba and carrying iron materials.

The reporter added on Friday that the injured individual was taken to the hospital, where their condition was described as stable.

The relevant port authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident to determine the circumstances surrounding it.
