An 11-year-old girl is in critical condition following a drowning incident that occurred today at a swimming pool in the Sukhna area of the Zarqa Governorate, Roya correspondent reported.

The child was found unresponsive in the pool earlier this afternoon. Civil Defense teams quickly responded to the emergency, immediately assisting and transporting the girl to Zarqa Government Hospital.

Medical sources at the hospital have confirmed that the girl's condition is extremely critical. She has been admitted to the intensive care unit, where medical staff are closely monitoring her status.
