Israeli Occupation Airports Authority has announced the diversion of flights from Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv to Ramon Airport in Eilat due to the current security situation.

This move comes after Hezbollah launched a significant drone attack deep into Israeli Occupation territory. The group stated that the attack targeted a high-profile military site, which will be revealed later, as part of their retaliation for the death of their commander, Fuad Shukr.

In response to the escalating tension, Hezbollah also fired a barrage of rockets at Israeli Occupation military sites and Iron Dome missile defense systems in northern Israeli Occupation, declaring the conclusion of the first phase of their operation by launching 320 Katyusha rockets. They warned that any harm to civilians would result in severe consequences.

Reports indicated that rockets were fired from southern Lebanon, landing in the Upper Galilee and the Galilee Panhandle regions of northern Israeli Occupation. Channel 12 in Israeli Occupation confirmed that several rockets fell near Mount Meron in the Upper Galilee.

As the situation intensified, the Israeli Occupation Airports Authority closed Ben Gurion Airport, suspending all flights in and out of the country. Additionally, power outages were reported in the northern coastal city of Akka.

On Sunday, the Israeli Occupation military launched a large-scale preemptive operation against Hezbollah in southern Lebanon, targeting border villages and Hezbollah positions. The military claimed that Hezbollah was preparing to launch rockets and shells towards 'Israeli' settlements, emphasizing that this was a defensive move rather than an act of war.

A senior 'Israeli' official clarified that the escalation's future depends on Hezbollah's actions. Meanwhile, Hezbollah reiterated their warning that any harm to civilians would be met with a severe response.

Hezbollah announced that their operations would continue, and they would release a detailed statement regarding their progress and objectives.
