In a related incident, the Palestinian Red Crescent reported that forces withdrew from a medical point in the Al-Far’a refugee camp in Tubas, northern West Bank, after assaulting the facility's director, Nidal Odeh, and opening fire inside.

These events coincide with the Israeli Occupation military’s announcement of a large-scale operation in the West Bank. According to Israeli Occupation media, the operation, involving the army, Border Police, and Shin Bet, has been dubbed "Summer Camp" and is concentrated in the northern West Bank.
