Jordanian authorities are actively investigating the recent disappearance of two Jordanian citizens within Syrian territory.

The incident occurred two days ago, prompting immediate efforts to locate the missing individuals.

Jordanian officials, in coordination with relevant Syrian authorities and the Jordanian Embassy in Damascus, are conducting search operations to find the two citizens, according to the Foreign Ministry's spokesperson, Sufian Al-Qudah.

He also noted that officials are in continuous contact with the families of the missing individuals, ensuring that all necessary measures are being taken to secure their safe return to Jordan as quickly as possible.
