The National Charter Party has called on Arab and Islamic governments to take international action against the extremist right-wing “Israeli” Minister of National Security, Itamar Ben-Gvir.

In a statement released on Thursday, the National Charter Party condemned the Israeli Occupation's plans, as articulated by Ben-Gvir, to establish a Jewish synagogue within Al-Aqsa Mosque/Al-Haram Al-Sharif.

The party is also seeking support for Jordan's efforts to prepare legal cases for international courts concerning Israeli Occupation attacks on Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.

The party, which upholds Jordanian political and Islamic values, firmly rejected any attempts to alter the historical status of the Al-Aqsa Mosque/Al-Haram Al-Sharif.

The mosque, which spans 144 dunams, is designated as a place of worship exclusively for Muslims and is managed by the Directorate of Al-Aqsa Mosque and Jerusalem Affairs of the Jordanian Minister of Awqaf And Islamic Affairs.
