After two-month hiatus: Jordan carries out aid airdrops over Gaza

The Jordanian Armed Forces – Arab Army conducted two airdrops of humanitarian and food aid on Monday, targeting several locations in the Gaza Strip after a nearly two-month hiatus. The airdrops were necessary for areas that ground convoys could not reach.

The airdrops were carried out using two Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) C-130 aircraft, delivering relief and humanitarian aid to support the people of Gaza amid the ongoing “Israeli” military operations – per the statement by the Jordanian Armed Forces (JAF).

The Jordanian Armed Forces reaffirmed their commitment to continuing the delivery of humanitarian and medical aid via ground convoys in cooperation with the Jordan Hashemite Charity Organization (JHCO) to help the people of Gaza.

Additionally, field hospitals in northern and southern Gaza continue to provide medical, treatment, and humanitarian services to the residents. The field hospital in Nablus and the surgical stations in Jenin and Ramallah also remain operational, offering services across various clinics and specialties.

Since the onset of the “Israeli” assault on Gaza, the JAF have conducted 119 airdrops, with an additional 266 airdrops completed in coordination with allied and friendly nations.
