The Israeli Occupation's aggression on the Gaza Strip entered its 12th month, having begun on October 7, 2023.

The aggression resulted in the martyrdom of approximately 50,000 Palestinians and the injury of 94,616 others, with the toll still incomplete.

With no signs of a reduction in "Israeli" bombardment or the likelihood of a swift truce, negotiations remain at a standstill.

According to the Washington Post, American officials indefinitely delayed submitting a final proposal to Hamas and Tel Aviv.

An American official explained that Hamas's position prompted the delay, as negotiations had stalled due to demands from “Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

Both sides, "Israel" and Hamas, are accusing each other of obstructing a ceasefire.

Meanwhile, Netanyahu is facing mounting internal pressure to secure an agreement that would lead to the release of captives held in Gaza.
