Prime Minister-designate Dr. Jafar Hassan stated that being appointed by His Majesty King Abdullah II to form the new government is a great honor and significant responsibility.

Hassan expressed his gratitude for the royal trust and assured that the government will dedicate all its efforts to serving Jordan and its people.

In a post on X on Sunday, Hassan said, "His Majesty tasked me today to form a new Cabinet. Public service is a great honor and responsibility, which we will carry on with all our capability to serve Jordan and Jordanians. We will translate the Letter of Designation into clear programs rooted in dedicated service."
