Abu Obaida, spokesperson for Hamas' Al-Qassam Brigades, praised the Houthi group’s missile strike early Sunday, which targeted an Israeli military site near Tel Aviv.

Abu Obaida hailed the attack as a significant development with major implications for Operation Al-Aqsa Typhoon.

He noted that the “Israeli” forces remain mired in Gaza and are failing, alongside their allies, to intercept any missiles.

He criticized “Israeli” Prime Minister Netanyahu, suggesting that such actions will lead the “Israeli” entity toward disaster.

The Houthi spokesperson confirmed that the operation, conducted with a new hypersonic ballistic missile, struck a military target in the Yafa region of occupied Palestine.

The missile covered 2,040 km in 11.5 minutes, leading over two million settlers to seek shelter for the first time, according to the statement.

The attack is part of the fifth phase of the Houthi's missile development efforts.
