Hezbollah launched a series of rocket barrages on northern “Israel” early Sunday, in response to what the group described as brutal massacres carried out by Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) in Lebanon.

Hebrew media sources reported significant damage and injuries as rockets struck multiple areas in northern “Israel”.

According to the “Israeli” Walla news website, several rockets hit the southern Golan, resulting in injuries.

“Israel’s” emergency services later confirmed six people were injured in the attacks, while one person was killed in a car accident during the rocket warning sirens.

Reports also indicated substantial damage in the Kiryat Bialik settlement, north of Haifa, following the barrage from Lebanon.

Hezbollah described the strikes as an initial response to “Israel's” attacks in Lebanon earlier in the week, which saw extensive destruction in multiple areas on Tuesday and Wednesday, including the detonation of communication infrastructure.
