The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) claimed that the head of Hezbollah’s Missile and Rocket Unit, Ibrahim Qabisi, was killed in an airstrike that targeted Dahieh –a known Hezbollah stronghold– in the Lebanese capital Beirut.

“Qabisi was struck alongside additional central commandes in Hezbollah’s Missiles and Rockets Force,” claimed the statement.

Ibrahim Muhammad Qabisi joined Hezbollah in the 1980s and has since held several significant military roles within the organization, including as a senior officer in Hezbollah's Operations Unit in southern Lebanon and commanding the Badr Unit on Hezbollah’s Southern Front.
