The Jordanian Armed Forces said that a ‘Grad rocket’ fell today in an uninhabited desert area in Al-muwaqqar, Amman.

The rockete, launched from south Lebanon, caused no human or material damage, and the relevant teams have been dispatched to the site.

The statement added that the army’s air defense systems are prepared to respond to any further missiles or drones attempting to breach Jordanian airspace.

The JAF urged citizens to rely on official sources for information and avoid spreading rumors that could incite panic and chaos, assuring that the armed forces remain committed to safeguarding Jordan's skies, land, and borders against any threats to its security and stability.
