Syrian President Bashar al-Assad expressed his condolences on Sunday following the death of Hezbollah's Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah.

In his message, Assad emphasized that the loss of a leader does not weaken the resistance but strengthens its resolve.

He praised Nasrallah's legacy of struggle, honor, and dedication to the cause of liberation, and affirmed that the Lebanese resistance would continue to support the Palestinian cause.

Assad also highlighted Nasrallah’s unwavering stance alongside Syria in its battle against Zionist forces.
