Tuesday, His Majesty King Abdullah II, Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces (JAF) - Arab Army, ordered the Directorate of Housing Establishment and Military Works, in coordination with the Royal Medical Services (RMS), to immediately start equipping a new military field hospital in Gaza.

His Majesty ordered teams to ensure the highest medical specifications, similar to the hospitals that were established in Zarqa and Irbid, to support the medical efforts of the Jordanian Military Field Hospital.

The announcement was made in response to the situation in Gaza, which led to hundreds of deaths and injuries.

The hospital consists of 100 beds, an emergency department, operating rooms and the necessary medical staff to provide medical services and perform surgeries.
