Sunday, Prime Minister Bishr Khasawneh issued an official statement in which he decided to suspend working hours for ministries and official departments, public institutions and bodies, official universities, municipalities, joint services councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and companies wholly owned by the government, on Saturday, July 30, 2022, on the occasion of the Islamic New Year.

The decision excluded ministries, official departments and institutions whose nature of work requires otherwise.

In commemoration of this occasion, the Prime Minister stressed that all ministries and official institutions should contribute to highlighting this occasion.
