Monday night, the Israeli Occupation Forces  (IOF) brutally assaulted 41-year-old Abdul-Qader Masharqa after stopping his vehicle near a military checkpoint near Jericho, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

Masharqa told WAFA that soldiers stopped him as he was going to work, searched his car, then brutally assaulted him without any reason before taking him to Huwara military camp near Nablus where he was detained for several hours.

He said his body was bruised all over, which required him to go to the hospital for treatment.
