The Israeli Occupation Forces' military blockade on all entrances leading to Jericho city is ongoing for the seventh consecutive day, as reported by the Palestinian news agency WAFA.

This comes amid ongoing incursions into the nearby Aqbat Jaber refugee camp.

Local sources said that the IOF continues to set up checkpoints at all the city's entrances and its camps.

They stop Palestinian-owned cars, check their IDs and, in some cases, seize vehicles.

All these restrictions continue to cause extreme traffic jams, long queues and delays for Palestinians.

The IOF also stormed the Aqbat Jaber refugee camp during the early morning hours and raided several homes, sources said.

This led to clashes with local residents but no injuries or arrests were reported.
