Three Palestinian shepherds, including a child, were injured Tuesday in an attack by Israeli Occupation settlers in Jericho.

The supervisor of Al-Baydar Organization for the Defense of Bedouin Rights Hasan Mleihat said settlers chased the shepherds while they were working, opened fire, and forced them to vacate the area.

In a press statement, he said that approximately 30 settlers carried out a 'fierce attack,' during which they 'severely beat' Jamal Suleiman Mleihat and his 10-year-old son, Abdul Hayy Mleihat, and Ibrahim Mleihat and his children.

Mleihat explained that Israeli Occupation settlers target the Bedouin communities and implement their settlement plans with the aim of redrawing long-term borders.
