The Israeli Occupation army confirmed on Sunday the killing of an additional soldier from the Givati Brigade in battles in the southern Gaza Strip.

Sergeant Ido Eli Zrihen, 20 years old from Jerusalem, a fighter in the Givati patrol, was killed in southern Gaza Strip, according to an Israeli Occupation army statement.

The death toll of the Israeli Occupation army has risen to 579 since October 7, and 240 since the start of the ground operation on October 27 last year.

Meanwhile, 2,962 Israeli Occupation soldiers have been injured since the start of the occupation's aggression on Gaza, with 453 of them in critical condition, 787 with moderate injuries, and 1,722 with minor injuries.
