Rocket alarm sirens were activated on Friday in the Galilee panhandle and the town of Metula in northern “Israel.”

Hebrew Channel 12 reported that an anti-tank missile was launched from Lebanon towards the town of Metula, but did not mention any casualties.

Tensions have been high between Hezbollah and the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) along the southern Lebanese border since the Al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of Hamas, launched the “Operation Aqsa Typhoon” on Oct. 7, 2023.

Warning of “hostile aircraft” were also activated in the settlements of Liman, Shlomi, Rosh Hankara, Mitzvah and Batza in the Western Galilee.
