The Crown Prince, Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II, observed the sacred Laylat al-Qadr on Saturday evening at the Muhammad Zaid Al-Dajjani Mosque.

He joined the congregation in performing the evening and Tarawih prayers.

On his Instagram account, the Prince prayed for the safety of Jordan and the well-being of the people in Gaza on this holy and blessed night.

Laylat al-Qadr, known as the Night of Destiny or Power, is one of the holiest nights in Islam, believed to be when the Quran was revealed to Prophet Muhammad. It falls in the last 10 nights of Ramadan and is a time of intense worship and reflection for Muslims seeking divine blessings and forgiveness.
