The area of Ruwaished in the Eastern Badia is currently witnessing a dust storm, as a result of the weather instability that hit Jordan since Tuesday afternoon.

The Director of the Jordan Meteorological Department Raafid Al-Khatib, urged travelers on the highways to take caution due to reduced visibility and its complete absence in some areas.

Al-Khatib expected rainfall showers for a short period, especially in the east of the Kingdom, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms and descending winds causing dust stirring, especially in some desert areas, and in the southern and eastern parts of the Kingdom. He noted that the instability is expected to end tonight, according to the Jordan News Agency (Petra).

The latest weather updates by ArabiaWeather indicate that tonight's weather will be relatively cold in all regions with scattered clouds in the sky, and the chance of rain remains possible in the east of the Kingdom, sometimes accompanied by thunderstorms. The winds will be moderate northwesterly.

Another drop in temperatures is expected on Wednesday, with moderate and sunny weather prevailing in all regions. The winds will be moderate northwesterly, picking up in the afternoon.

During the night, the weather will generally become relatively cold, with light to moderate northwesterly winds.

Wearing warm clothes is recommended, especially during late-night and early morning hours.
