The Israeli Occupation continues its assault on Gaza for the 263rd consecutive day, targeting Khan Younis, Al-Maghazi and Al-Shati refugee camps, southern Gaza, and continuing the bombardment of Rafah.

Israeli Occupation War Minister Yoav Gallant announced that he would discuss transitioning to the "third phase" of the military operation in Gaza during his meeting with US Secretary of State Antony Blinken.

The US State Department stated that ongoing military actions in Gaza weaken the Israeli Occupation and complicate reaching a resolution in the north. On Monday, the State Department noted that Washington continues to supply the Israeli Occupation with necessary resources but has suspended one shipment of heavy bombs.

Secretary Blinken, in his meeting with Gallant, is expected to stress the importance of Tel Aviv developing realistic plans for the aftermath of the war and to highlight the need to improve aid access and avoid escalation.

Hamas leader Khalil Al-Hayya reiterated the movement's readiness to reach a serious and genuine exchange deal. He expressed hope that mediators would compel the occupation to agree to a deal and end the war.

Al-Hayya stated, "We are ready and serious for real negotiations if Netanyahu adheres to the principles of President Joe Biden," adding that Netanyahu is unwilling to make a deal and continues to make meaningless statements about victory.
