The White House reported on Tuesday that Iran is preparing to attack Tel Aviv in retaliation for the assassination of Hamas Political Bureau Chief Ismail Haniyeh.

White House National Security spokesperson John Kirby announced that Washington has sent a message to Iran in anticipation of the potential strike, stating that "there is no reason to initiate a regional war."
