The spokesperson for the Public Security Directorate (PSD) stated that a joint security force seized vehicles and weapons on Wednesday evening in the capital, Amman.

The items were found at a gathering where participants intended to stage disruptive processions and express their frustration with the 2024 parliamentary election results.

In a statement, it was confirmed that all participants, who attempted to conceal vehicle license plates, were arrested.

The spokesperson noted that the security forces deployed across the country are continuing their monitoring and investigations based on all relevant information.
