Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Shtayyeh urged Monday for an end to the war and aggression, the provision of humanitarian aid, and a halt to forced displacement, emphasizing that these are international responsibilities.

Shtayyeh stated the owners of this land are here and asked "Where is the civilization that allows the Occupation to kill 1,800 children, and where is the civilization that permits the killing of innocent people, besieging and depriving 2.3 million Palestinians of water and electricity?"

He further asked, "Where is the civilization that bombs a hospital, and demands the evacuation of hospitals to perform surgeries without anesthesia, and removes life support from patients?"
