The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced that 14 of its soldiers were wounded in a Hezbollah explosive-laden drone and guided missile attack on northern “Israel”.

Six troops were seriously wounded, two in moderate condition, and another six “lightly hurt” - according to the IOF’s statement.

18 people were injured in total, and all were taken to the Galilee Medical Center in Nahariya for treatment.

In response, the IOF said its fighter jets struck Hezbollah buildings along with other infrastructure in Naqoura and Yarine in southern Lebanon.

Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, which it said was a response to an attack a day earlier which killed three of its members in southern Lebanon, including a senior commander in Radwan Force - a special operations unit in Hezbollah.
