As a heatwave is affecting the Kingdom, temperatures today will remain 10-12 degrees above their annual average.

During daytime, the weather will be hot, dry, and dusty in most areas of the Kingdom and will be very hot in the afternoon, according to Arabia Weather.

Extremely high temperatures are expected in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba, where temperatures will exceed 45 degrees.

At night, the weather will be remarkably warm in most areas of the Kingdom, with light wind. 

Weather warnings:

• Avoid the heat and stay out of the sun at noon and afternoon, especially for those living in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea and Aqaba.
• Drink plenty of liquids.
• The risk of dust for people who suffer from respiratory diseases and eye allergies.
• Don't leave sanitizers, inflammable items and pressurized containers inside your vehicle.
• The risk of low visibility due to the dust in various parts of the Kingdom.
