“Israeli” Prime Minister Benjamin Netnayahu stated today, Sunday that the Israeli Occupation will not agree to a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip “without the release of hostages.”

“Israel is ready for a deal, Israel is not ready to surrender. I made it clear to the international community: there will be no ceasefire without the return of hostages.”

Netanyahu added in statements made at the “Israeli” cabinet meeting, that the Israeli Occupation is one step away from victory in Gaza.

He further claimed as today marks six months since Oct. 7, that they have eliminated 19 out of 24 Hamas battalions, and destroyed rocket manufacturing factories, anti-aircraft guns, weapons depots, ammunition - in addition to “cleansing” al-Shifa Hospital, per his expression.

“But the price we are being charged is painful and heartbreaking."

Earlier today, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF), overnight, completely withdrew all its troops from south Gaza.

"Today, Sunday April 7th, the IDF's 98th commando division has concluded its mission in Khan Yunis. The division left the Gaza Strip in order to recuperate and prepare for future operations," the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) said in a statement to AFP.

Asked whether this meant all troops have left south Gaza, an IOF official said: "Yes."

The 933rd Nahal Brigade is currently the only remaining IOF brigade in the Gaza Strip. It is currently located at the “Netzarim” corridor, which splits south Gaza from its north in half.

The withdrawal is claimed to allow the IOF to focus more on “intelligence-based raids” and also to relocate and “refresh” troops for the upcoming invasion of the southern border city of Rafah - according to Hebrew media.
