The latest round of intense negotiations for a Gaza ceasefire involving Qatar, the US, and Tel Aviv has produced conflicting reports.

While one source claimed significant progress and consensus, Hamas denied any advancements.

Hamas officials stated that there had been no change in the Israeli Occupation's stance, leading to no tangible progress. Despite this, an Egyptian source indicated some convergence in viewpoints during the talks.

Egyptian media reported that delegations have temporarily left Cairo but will reconvene soon to finalize the agreement. Israeli Occupation Foreign Minister Israel Katz described the negotiations as the closest to an agreement since the last ceasefire.

However, Hamas remains firm on its demands for a lasting ceasefire, withdrawal of occupation forces, return of displaced individuals, and a prisoner exchange.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Tel Aviv would not yield to Hamas demands despite international pressure.
