The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) have released 150 prisoners from the Gaza Strip after a prolonged period of detention and reported mistreatment, according to Palestinian reports on Monday.

Additionally, the Palestinian Red Crescent Society has confirmed that two of its ambulance crews were released by the IOF after being held for 50 days at a military checkpoint in Khan Yunis while on a mission to evacuate patients from Al Amal Hospital.

However, six other members of the society's crews remain in detention, with their whereabouts unknown.

This release comes amidst the Israeli Occupation's continued aggression against the Gaza Strip, now in its 192nd day, marked by daily casualties and a growing number of deaths and injuries due to indiscriminate bombing and deliberate targeting of civilians.

The Ministry of Health in Gaza has reported a toll of 33,729 fatalities and 76,371 injuries since October 7. There are still individuals trapped under rubble or stranded on roads, with ambulance and civil defense teams unable to reach them.
