Abu Obaida, the military spokesperson for Hamas’ military wing Al-Qassam Brigades, said today that the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) killed some of its captives during the rescue operation that released four captives in central Gaza earlier today.

“What the Zionist enemy carried out in the Nuseirat area in the center of the Gaza Strip is a complex war crime, and the first to be affected by it are its captives,” Abu Obaida said on his official Telegram channel.

“The enemy succeeded, through committing horrific massacres, in releasing some of its captives, but at the same time, it killed some of them during the operation,” he added.

Abu Obaida emphasized that the rescue operation will pose a significant danger to the “Israeli” captives and will have a negative impact on their conditions and lives.

The IOF said earlier today that four captives were rescued alive in an operation in Nuseirat camp, central Gaza Strip earlier today.

The four captives are identified as: Noa Argamani, Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv.

Two Hamas sites were raided by “Israeli” special forces in Nuseirat, central Gaza. Noa Argamani was released at the first location, while Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov, and Shlomi Ziv were released at the second.

The Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip said that the death toll from the Nuseirat camp massacre has risen to 210, with more than 400 injured.

The massacre came after the IOF freed four captives in an operation; in which heavy airstrikes and gunfire were used to conduct the operation – over 210 Palestinians were massacred as a result.

The Gaza Government Media Office issued an urgent appeal to the international community to “save Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital and supply it with essential materials,” as it is currently overloaded due to the mass amount of victims admitted.
