Prime Minister Dr. Bisher Al-Khasawneh congratulated King Abdullah II on the Silver Jubilee of his assumption of constitutional powers.

Al-Khasawneh wrote on "X" that on the Silver Jubilee of King Abdullah II's ascension, Jordanians proudly recall the achievements under his reign. He emphasized continuing the journey of pride, glory, and modernization under the wise leadership of the King, supported by Crown Prince Hussein, steadfastly moving towards the second centennial of the Jordanian state to keep Jordan shining brightly in the sky of glory.

Earlier, the Royal Hashemite Court's Protocol Department announced a national event on Sunday to commemorate the Silver Jubilee. This celebration reflects the Jordanians' appreciation for their leader and their pride in the nation's journey of construction and achievement under King Abdullah II. His Majesty has often emphasized that the accomplishments over the past 25 years are due to the efforts of the nation's sons and daughters, belonging to each one of them.

The event will feature segments highlighting Jordan’s progress over the past quarter-century, reaffirming the Jordanians' commitment to modernization and development. It will reflect their determination to build on a legacy marked by prosperity and resilience, staying true to their course.
